If it is a real person/address, legal action may be an option. If this is not the case, you cannot sue, of course. Instead, you should contact Denic with this information and have the domain deleted due to misuse.

The prices at "brillenprinz24" are already very favorable. For the Burberry sunglasses model B4143 I could not find any further information. So it must be an older model.
However, I cannot tell you whether this model really existed.
If you are unsure, would advise you to show the glasses to an optician with Burberry glasses and ask for his opinion.
